We have urgent requirements for the position of Office/Sr. Officer-HR Payroll Candidates at Noida.

QUALIFICATION: BBA/MBA, or a related field, or equivalent experience
SALARY BUDGET: upto 6.5 LPA
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of relative HR payroll experience

TIME OFFICE & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT:
• Supervision of Time Office & Payroll functions, working with LMS/HRIS software.
• Report generation on daily, weekly, monthly basis and MIS Preparation
• Updating of FORM 12, Form 14 and other registers as per various statutory laws.
• Monitoring absenteeism.
• Issuance of advisory letters for unauthorized /long absenteeism.
• Preparing reports like Manpower reports, Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports.
• Reports of on Roll and Off Roll Employees etc.
• Maintaining and updating personnel records.
• Assisting in Salary Process through Employee Attendance, Attendance Award, leave Management per month.
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE MANAGEMENT:
• Maintaining attendance records and following up with Area Managers and store staff for the same
• Taking actions on weekly basis for those not updating the attendance
• Effective coordination with employee and maintaining the leave data
• Following up with employee for leave applications
• Monitor and ensure implementation of attendance process & policy by mobile norms and practices
• Other General Admin activity like vendor management, canteen management etc.
